How to register

When the time comes for a pre-apprenticeship or traineeship course it will be listed as a job post on our website as well as on our social media pages. We can let you know about this if you'd like to subscribe to our newsletter (Be the first to know link is on the home page).

Eligibility

The following student eligibility applies to participate in the pre-apprenticeship/traineeship training:

  • Be aged between 15 and 40 at time of enrolment
  • Are no longer at school
  • Be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or New Zealand citizen
  • Must not already hold a qualification in the same vocational outcome equivalent to or greater than the pre-apprenticeship course.

Get your foot in the door in Electrical/Telecommunications.

This FREE short course will be delivered for 3 days over 3 weeks – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The modules you will learn are all a part of the open registration certificate:

  • Follow work health and safety and environmental policy and procedures
  • Use electrical skills in telecommunications
  • Work safely in the construction industry
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Install, maintain and modify customer premises communications cabling:AMCA

Open Get ahead of the rest with real work skills by receiving on completion:

  • 5 units of competency
  • A Registered Training Organisation statement of attainment
