At 1300apprentice we currently have a client based in Turrella who are looking for an experienced factory hand who has a current forklift licence to join their team.

About the role:

The work requires you to assistant in various stages of manufacturing of industrial roller shutter. 

Duties required:

• Some fabricating skills
• Pop riveting
• Loading trucks with products ready for dispatch and installation on site
• Moving of materials around factory
• Assisting tradesmen
• Assisting in the factory as directed.

You must have:

• 2 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift licence
• Good work ethic and an eye for detail
• Sensibility and capability to work in a diverse position.

This role is a full time role on a casual basis employed by 1300apprentice but working for our client, with a view to permanence.
