Heavy vehicle mechanic, Mortdale

Out of work, looking for a new opportunity as a heavy diesel mechanic?

1300apprentice are currently looking for a qualified heavy vehicle diesel mechanic for a reputable and valuable client based in Mortdale.

You will be working on fleet cars, trucks, forklifts, scissor lifts etc.

Duties that you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Test and repair basic electrical circuits
• Carry out diagnostic procedures
• Inspect engines and plant equipment
• Overhaul diesel fuel injection system components.

Pre-requisites:

• Must be trade qualified
• Must have white card
• Forklift licence
• Able to work in a workshop environment.

• Very safety conscious
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude.
