Duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and monitoring emails and directing emails as they arise
  • Assisting clients and technicians
  • Liaising with tradesman
  • Purchasing of stock
  • Reception duties
  • Work with and assist HR.

To be considered for this position, must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Good time management skills
  • Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Must be reliable
  • Be a self starter
  • Follows directions well and a good listener.
