Customer Engagement, Certificate III, Heathcote

At 1300apprentice we have a great host employer based in Heathcote looking for a Customer Engagement trainee to join their dynamic team.

Throughout the traineeship, you will be studying a Certificate III in Customer Engagement.

As a trainee, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Work to KPI’s (Key performance indicators)
  • Process inbound and outbound calls
  • Action all freight return cases
  • Follow up any tasks arising from general enquiries and cases
  • Notify customers of backorders at the time of order and liaise with client at time of order
  • Able to use Purchasing queries smartsheets for purchasing
  • Data entry
  • Attend team meetings
  • Must adhere to scheduling responsibility
  • Regular but infrequent inventory management tasks - i.e. - releasing backorders, reallocating stock.

To be successful:

  • Must not have completed the same qualification in this vocation or above.
  • Great attitude and good computer skills
  • Well-presented and able to work in a corporate environment
  • Professional phone manner and excellent work ethic.
