"As a mum returning to work who was unable to achieve the career of my dreams when I was younger, 1300apprentice made the process easy and supported me the entire way through and beyond. Their connections to employers and dedication to trainees is commendable. I was nominated for numerous awards thanks to the time and effort put in by my Field Officer and I'm in a career I love. I will always be thankful for the opportunity 1300apprentice provided me with."
"A professional organisation, always efficient in addressing my needs even though I was based interstate. I am very happy that I found 1300apprentice who have provided me with the opportunity to progress and achieve my goals. One of the biggest achievements throughout my traineeship was winning 1300apprentice’s Trainee of the Year (Finance) and Overall Trainee of the Year. Thank you for your support and guidance throughout my traineeship”
"1300apprentice offered job security when my host couldn’t. My first host employer wasn’t able to maintain my employment due to a lack of work, I was rotated to another host employer without any time off in between. 1300apprentice placed me in great work environments which allowed me to gain the full scope of my cabinetmaking apprenticeship and provided me with the support and assistance when I need it."
“This time 5 years ago, I had no idea where I would be. If someone told me I would own my first home before I turned 22, I would have laughed at them, but I made it a reality. A year ago I completed my apprenticeship with 1300apprentice. Not only am I now a licensed electrician but because of the host employer consistency in my apprenticeship, I completed my apprenticeship over 6 months early. They made it easy - they saw my ambition and gave me the opportunity to pursue a career. Now - 4 years after it all started - I’m about to undertake further training to become a qualified level 2 electrician with the same host company I completed my apprenticeship with. If you have the drive, they will help you succeed. Don’t let the opportunity pass you by before it’s too late.”
"Since first approaching 1300apprentice, they have continually kept in contact with me and been available whenever I needed assistance or advice. I have recently re-entered the apprenticeship search and after having experienced another apprenticeship provider, I can safely say that 1300apprentice are unique in their diligence, consistency and results. They enabled me to build connections within the industry I was hoping to enter and genuinely went above and beyond in supporting me through every step of the way. It is because of 1300apprentice and their reputation within the engineering sector that I am now enjoying my ideal job.”
"1300apprentice gave me the opportunity to fulfil my potential in my career. Their connections in the surveying industry enabled me to fulfil my potential and progress with my studies. Within a 2 year period, I completed my Diploma in Surveying and have been successful in gaining full-time employment with my host after my traineeship. Being a part of the 1300apprentice team has pushed me in the right direction and provided me with endless opportunities. I am very grateful and fortunate to 1300apprentice for their advice and support throughout my traineeship and beyond."
"Before coming to 1300apprentice I was just a recently unemployed 19-year-old and being fairly young at the time I had no idea what career path to move forward in and I was finding it extremely hard to get my foot in the door. The staff at 1300apprentice were understanding, approachable and happy to provide advice, assistance and have constantly kept in contact throughout my traineeship. I have now completed a Certificate III in Business Traineeship with a State Government Department and I am currently completing a Certificate IV Traineeship with the same department. If I were to go back and tell my 19-year-old self where I am now and what I have accomplished I would never have believed it. Thank you to the wonderful at 1300apprentice for your ongoing support throughout this journey and helping me find a career I am wishing to excel in."
"1300apprentice has helped me to secure work in my chosen trade locally with a great company and with great people. The experience is fulfilling and there is always something to learn. I am thoroughly enjoying my apprenticeship in the Southern Highlands."

"Whilst looking for an apprenticeship I began to realise that they are not always readily available for someone new to the industry. At this point I began to look outside of the area boosting my travel time to over an hour. Through 1300apprentice, I have successfully been able to gain an apprenticeship as a Fitter Machinist in the local area.
I would like to thank 1300apprentice for the amazing opportunity you have given me to expand my knowledge and enabling me to set up my career in the industry."
"I was born in the Southern Highlands and have always been interested in completing a Carpentry apprenticeship. I have already worked on a large variety of projects (some of them have been very unique) which has helped to expand my skills and wealth of knowledge. I would like to thank 1300apprentice and would highly recommend this program to everyone."
"After doing work experience with different trades during high school, I knew when I finished I wanted to become an electrician. When I completed my HSC in 2013 I started searching for an electrical apprenticeship within the Southern Highlands. Not knowing how hard this would actually be, after applying to countless electricians, I ended up spending the year bouncing around several jobs I didn’t particularly like. 1300apprentice found me an opportunity for an apprenticeship with one of the most reputable electrical businesses in the area. I’m very grateful for the opportunity that 1300apprentice gave me as it was the perfect way to kick-start my apprenticeship."
"I would like to thank 1300apprentice for all the help they have provide Stairlock and myself over the last two years.
The apprentices and trainees they have placed in our organisation are nothing short of amazing and rebuild our confidence in the younger generation.
Stairlock are committed to training the next generation and 1300apprentice will be a great partner to ensure our success in the future."
The only agency out of many I approached where my very first interview landed me a permanent job.
I had successfully completed my Business CIII traineeship and have rolled over to my Business CIV.
Sophia P,Business to HR
It has taught me skills and knowledge that can be useful throughout my life and any career I choose to pursue. The traineeship has allowed to me explore my capabilities specifically in the administration industry. I am happy at where I am today which would not be possible if I had not completed my traineeship.
I have gained so much understanding in my new career path, although there were bumps along the way, it was so worth it. I was given the opportunity to take on a traineeship with the Council and at the end of it was offered a full time position with them.
During my traineeships I was able to learn, mature, adapt, travel, and teach. These traineeships have led me to gain fulltime permanent work.
Completing my business traineeship changed my life. The ability to study and work at the same time is so valuable and I’ve learnt many skills which have improved myself as a human being.
